The 21-year-old has four sacks in three games and has given Cleveland's defense a huge lift.

"He's a really good player." Jackson said Garrett will likely be on a "pitch count" in Week 5. He was injured during practice Sept. 6 when a teammate inadvertently fell on his ankle. He practiced for the first time since the incident on Sept. 29 but was held out of last week's loss to the Bengals.

Garrett will be monitored during practices and it's possible he could be kept out of some drills.
